Problems with Loan Listings on Kiva

Why are there two listings for the same person? A loan listing looks suspicious; who do I report it to?
Occasionally a listing will be listed twice by accident. Kiva has a good track record of fixing these problems and refunding lenders in the form of Kiva credit.
