Tune in to the Today Show tomorrow morning to see Kiva.org - again!!!

The segment will air at 8:46am - however it's possible that the scheduling could change but I'll be sure to post if it does.  The segment will include footage from John Larson's recent trip to Africa, so be sure to tell everyone you know to tune in because word on the street is that the piece looks amazing!!

We feel incredibly grateful to be receiving such great press especially right before the holidays, because we're able to really show all of our partners around the world how generous Kiva Lenders are - and we're getting all the loans funded!!!

So make your coffee at 8:35 tomorrow morning and make sure you're sitting in front of the TV at 8:46 - it'll give you a GREAT start to the day!

Just to clarify - the piece airs at 8:46am local time in all timezones.  So it'll air at 8:46am local time in New York, then 3 hours later it'll air at 8:46am in San Francisco.

I just updated the above 2 posts.  First, they changed the time to 8:46am.  Second, I actually found out that it's not a simultaneous nationwide airing.  It's staggered across the nation keeping the same scheduling slot in each timezone.

Sorry for the confusion!!!  And thanks Kay for pointing that out - I called my NBC contact and we spent about 10 minutes trying to understand each other!  We decided to make up some new language to help describe this - SB (Staggered Broadcast) vs. SBAT (Simultaneous Broadcast Across Timezones).  Cool, huh.

You might have noticed that the Today Show piece did not air, unfortunately.  The Golden Globe nominations came out the same day, so unfortunately the Kiva piece was pushed back.

For all those who were in front of the tv with me, I'm sorry!!  When I have a new date I'll be sure to post it!
