Since I can't reply to the thread Fiona started in Announcements, I just want to say that I find it implausible that this segment would air simultaneously in all time zones as Fiona mentioned. So, I'll probably check at 7:50 A.M. ET, just to be sure!  See http://www.kivafriends.org/index.php/topic,1473.0.htmlJust to clarify - it airs simultaneously in all timezones nationwide.
So, that means it's 7:50am Pacific, 10:50a East Coast, 9:50am Central, 8:50am Mountain.

I just updated the above 2 posts. First, they changed the time to 8:46am. Second, I actually found out that it's not a simultaneous nationwide airing. It's staggered across the nation keeping the same scheduling slot in each timezone.
Sorry for the confusion!!! And thanks Kay for pointing that out - I called my NBC contact and we spent about 10 minutes trying to understand each other! We decided to make up some new language to help describe this - SB (Staggered Broadcast) vs. SBAT (Simultaneous Broadcast Across Timezones). Cool, huh.

Well, what I saw was a lot of electronic "snow,"  so I turned the thing off. I haven't watched TV in several years and am a technological idiot  so I had no idea how to clear it up. I see I didn't miss anything. |

Oh Ms. Glenda, how do you live without Animal Planet, History, and Discovery channels just to mention a few? I've seen shows on invasive species even! I even had on the Today Show this morning in hopes of it maybe being on today . . . but I couldn't take Matt any longer. Any news of a possible re-airing Fiona? |

Very easily, Eli! I get a lot of nature stuff in the great out-of-doors,  on the internet, in books and in DVDs of programs that were particularly interesting. Also, friends and family sometimes record something they know I'd like. I seldom have time to watch anything anyway.  Too busy wandering the woodlands. As for the Kiva show, check out Fiona's post here, if you haven't seen it already.
