 Smiley
I am new to the Kiva universe but I made a small loan to a guy in Azerbijian.
My account page shows that he has paid back 6% of the loan, (my end being like $20).  My intent was to just keep the money rolling over and over........ as it came in I would just lend it right back out.
thing is I can't find the money anywhere. It isn't in my PayPal account I know.
Do I get it all in one lump at the end or does it get paid back in increments to me?
Thanks

You get it in one lump of Kiva Credit, at the end of the loan term when it has been fully repaid.

There has been some talk about making the intermediate payments available to lenders, but that has not been implemented yet (and may not be, depending on various conditions such as the stream of loans stacked up to re-lend to).

When the loan does repay, though, I guarantee you'll get a real charge out of it!  Happy relending!

Hey Rickeyre!  when you typed 'my end being $20' it made me think, you must have funded a large portion of the loan.  The way I do it, and this is two fold, is only fund $25 (or smaller amounts) on any loan, this will accomplish the following:

more loans to track, watch, have fun with
reduces the potential loss if a loan goes in default - which was suggested to me by a KIVA Board member a while back.

regardless - enjoy, hope to see you around KIVAFriends more often!
