I got distracted on the thread with all the friends tallying of the credits and missed your post. 

Maybe the new in-house counsel is also in the conference room watching the engineers work.  Think he brought in his legal pad?  Laugh

For those of you who like to keep on top of Terms of Use where the vendor reserves the right to change them without notification, the Terms of Use on the Kiva Website (at the bottom of each page) remain unchanged (from last March for anyone keeping track.)

P.S. I know much more interesting things keep happening, but sometimes the underpinnings are worth reviewing too.

No changes to the Terms of Use as of 9/26/08.
