Hi Olaf.

I have been thinking, but I have no idea how to realize this.

But do you know Pleegzorg Xining? It's maybe pretty different than what you had in mind, but it is a small Dutch charity supporting an orphanage in Xining. Most of the Children are handicapped and therefore don't stand a chance to be adopted.

They have a project to find fosterhomes for these children. A lot of money is needed to train the fosterparents and monitor them, so more children can grow up in a family situation instead of the orphanage.

Because it is a small charity but they have local contacts you can contact them, and maybe they have an idea how to help.
