Henry,

I don't think we've ever had a real conversation before, but I'll miss your humor and wit around this place. I can't even count the times I have laughed out loud at some post you made that seemed completely out of the blue. You have given generously of your time and talents, and it doesn't go unnoticed even by semi-lurkers like me.  Kiss

... or goats ... or cows...

I hope you have a blessed life and find what you seek.

Yes, Thank you Henry for all of your work and input to KF!  We will definitely miss you, but understand the need to be involved in other noble pursuits!

P.S. - Does anyone know where Jill has been the past while?  I haven't seen her for a while.

Henry - Kiva Friends will be a different place without you.  But then too, you will be a different person without Kiva Friends. If in your heart that person is a better person, able to put efforts into other good things, then I think we at Kiva Friends need to send you off with our blessing.

So Henry, on that premise, God bless you as you go.  And know that we will miss you here.

Henry,
Best wishes always.  The new recipients of your caring ways are truly fortunate indeed!  Good Luck

i don't know what to say at all. I feel terrible about this decision. I have mixed emotions ranging from, I'm just a newbie anyway so I should just shut up to wanting to say something I might regret. Perhaps I'm just feeling more sorry for myself about this development. I do know I couldn't wish more happiness and satisfaction for Henry. Henry, have a great life. I just can't stand the thought that the last time I've chatted with Henry has come and gone. It's a helpless feeling, but I can't make choices for someone else. I've only been here since June. For me, Henry has been an integral part of my experience here and a helpful guide at the same time. I can only imagine doing less rather than more... I don't know... I just don't know....... aw nuts.

Henry, without your support here at KivaFriends we wouldn't have the shopping club nor the Quilt 'Raggle', The Quilt Fund, and probably not the 2009 Calendar without your blood, sweat, and tears.  Your hometown community is a lucky community to have you for I'm certain you do even more generous and profound projects locally.  Volunteerism is often a thankless activity, but it is the warmth you receive in your heart by giving of yourself.

Glad you are taking some time away for yourself, probably a good idea at holiday time too.  Hope to see you around soon.

Thanks for all you have done here for us at KivaFriends.

Respectfully,

Eli
