Contacting Kiva

Hi,

I've payed via paypal for a loan on Kiva about 2 weeks ago, and it is still not visible in my page. Now, this could be any kind of problem with the system. But what I find EXTREMELY frustrating is that I can not contact Kiva by email. I would strongly suggest at least a web-form for emails.
I understand Kiva is trying to keep the costs down, but if a first-time lender like me has a negative experience like this, it is unlikely they'll come back.

Can someone from Kiva please contact me or send me Kiva contact details? I've got the paypal receipt for the loan I supported, but I'd prefer to resolve the issue via private email – not on a discussion board.

Actually you can, KIVA is doing a great job on customer service.  Here is how to find the help section:

click the Help Center link

at the top of the page, there is a link " Contact Us "

then go from there. 

You'll probably get a response within 2 days typically.

That's happened a number of times, Bjorn. Something about a glitch in the interface between PayPal and Kiva. Write to contactus@kiva.org and give them the Paypal transaction number. You can't fund that particular loan, but Kiva will give you a Kiva credit in your account that you can use on another loan.
