Can someone interpret this for me please?

Adrien is a member of the group loan Twitezimbere Zone 2 which means "develop ourselves". He is married with 3 people in charge. Adrien is a rice farmer. This is his first loan cycle with ACB and he wants to use it to purchase fertilizers and to pay the workforce to cultivate rice.
To grow his business, his strategy is to cultivate small space and to harvest large quantity of rice. In the next years, Adrien would like to become a rice supplier in different areas of the country. With the profits, he plans to give education to his younger brothers and sisters.

Twitezimbere Zone 2 Group

Here is the French: Adrien fait partie du groupe Twitezimbere Zone 2. Le nom du groupe signifie « développer nous même ». Il est marié avec 3 personnes en charge.

I do not believe that women must make the same choices as men in order to be equal, and I respect those women who choose to live their lives in traditional roles. But it should be their choice. That is why the United States will partner with any Muslim-majority country to support expanded literacy for girls, and to help young women pursue employment through micro-financing that helps people live their dreams." - President Barack Obama, June 4, 2009

Could it be that "in his charge" or "in his care" is a more accurate translation? French has never been my language, so I am just applying a bit of logic here.

Yes, "in his care".

"Beatrice is 60 years old and lives in Sinkor. She is married and her husband is a survivor." It's a Liberian loan, so does that mean her husband is a survival of that country's civil war?

(The loan is for for a bush meat seller, just fyi. I know a lot of people are uncomfortable with that.)

"He is 50 years old, married with five children between the ages of 12 and 14, of whome three are in school."
Leaves me wondering whether there's an error in the number of children, in the ages of the children, or whether he has triplets or some adopted children.  Also, what are the two children doing who are between 12 and 14 years old, but not in school?  Are children of 14 normally finished with school in Rwanda, do you think?

The borrower is a 30-year old woman who has great aspirations to grow her service in the coming years. Her story began when she framed her children's diplomas. She saw that she could have this trade and capitalize on it. So she started this business and works alone. She does not have any problems. She is not married and has children. Her most important dream is to expand her business. She would like the loan to improve her business by buying cement, sand, and paint so that she can offer her customers better service.

I thought her business was framing things -- but then why does she need cement, sand, and paint?

"Leoncio is a trout merchant; he’s been in sales 27 years."

What's this? Some variety of specialist fishmonger? And this relates to plastering walls and construction materials in some way?

Hmmm... chasing the original Spanish through Babelfish didn't help. But Wordmagic popped up with "smart." Makes more sense... Laugh

I'd had put me little oar in on that one for the entertainment value, but for a few days yet...
