Hey, I said it was a mixed loan, meaning some qualified as plant food for people and some didn't.  Another mixed loan had tabacco as well as food products, and that wasn't the perfect loan in my book.  I just list those which might work, and each can balance it out.  I DID fully disclose in each any possible objections that Sherri might have, as I see it.

I have to say mutton flaps aren't my favorite loan type, but there really were very few that obviously qualified for her specs.  I like the rice processor and the rental tractor for plowing as for borderline agriculture loans.

I'd prefer if the obvious and main use of the loan is related to farming for plant foods. But I'm not going to be picky!  Grin

Though I'm not too keen on tobacco farming...

Sherri,

Your game, your rules.   Smiley

Amazing when you get down to it that most loans under agriculture are animals.  Some might be for milk not meat, but it isn't plants for people to consume.

Here is a clean loan--veggies in Bosnia Herzegovena.

The other loans immediately above are still available, but this is totally clean--no tabacco, no mystery fields, no mutton flaps, no machines which might be used by the farmer.  There was another one in Bosnia Herzegovena which had undefined fields...sigh, details!

Here is another mixed loan in Tajikistan.  He grows wheat in an area that is said to be less developed for agriculture.  I like that he uses the wheat's straw to feed his cows, and he sells some to neighbors.  Developing wheat will decrease dependance on transporting grains and stock feed.  It will offer economic options locally besides animal.

He has a nice smile, too.  Hey, that never hurts!

Here is a vegetarian not mixed loan.  It is Tajikistan for potatoes, corn, onions and garlic crops.  Sounds like the start of a very good soup!  This loan reads almost as if the writer of the loan has read this thread!  "After gathering his harvest he wants to sell it to local inhabitants with lower prices than in the market."

After gathering his harvest he wants to sell it to local inhabitants with lower prices than in the market.
