A quick note on the terms I hope to keep using in my posts (after the loan links)...
* "Disbursed" - Money has officially been disbursed to the borrower according to Kiva
                     ("Disbursal Date" appears on loan page)
* "Officially Funded" - All money has been raised according to Kiva
                              ("Date Funded" appears on loan page)
*  nothing - Loan is yet to be raised,
             or Loan is waiting for lenders to checkout (a chance of bounced availability still exists),
             or I haven't changed the status yet but hopefully will soon.

Cloudia,

I love the format by country and time.  This would take a LOT of time to go through all the loans.  I am hoping that there are still some available come Friday when I have a loan due.  Oh, and another one next week.  Thanks for your efforts, and it does seem as if people are starting to snap up the shortest ones already!

I did a spot check on a couple of the partners' loans to see which ones disbursed quickly.  In Tajikistan there are three partners, and IMON does seem to disbursed same day to two days after being fully funded.  Paraguay has one partner in the country at this time, and it is also fast to disburse.  So a five month loan that disburses quickly isn't much different from a two week lag with a four month loan.

Let's remember that we could fund after business hours.  In Tajikistan, there is a time zone consideration involved which means to fund same day, it would have to fund pretty early in the day California time which is probably the date posted on the loans for time funded.  There are also weekends and holidays involved.  I consider two days amazing!

Maybe if people divided up the regions, it would make it easier to keep this type of information going!

It's been a lot of fun actually (so far, at least)... and quite a new experience to find these short loans unfunded for more than a few hours!

I have checked the disbursement dates of the 14 loans that I made in February, when we were informed about the cold:
  • IMON (3 loans): 0 to 2 days
  • MicroInvest (6 loans): 1 to 3 days
  • HUMO (5 loans): 14 days
