The renames actually misrepresent what those options are.  The number of listings has not changed, so page 57 on the "Expiring Soon" sort has the same 29 days left listings.  This is a non-solution to a legitimate concern of many lenders.

OK, so it's a bit cosmetic. There are no actual new sorts available. But if "Expiring Soon" is more meaningful to some people than "Old to New" perhaps they have added clarity to the site. It's not the change I would have implemented, but at least an effort is being made, and this one is very much on the fly, it seems. Further improvements can come when there's a chance to breathe.

I don't know if it's just me, but the Team Summary page is showing 0% raised for the loans that are still fundraising.  It's correct in other places.

Further improvements can come when there's a chance to breathe.

Kiva has had chances to breathe from day one.  This is not a new issue.  We're simply living by the deliberate choices it has made to deliver the type of platform it offers.  Technically speaking, it's a relatively trivial matter to switch from one existing sort option to another as the default presentation.  Obviously, it has chosen to stick with its long-standing, "popular" default.

Ok, seems to be up now to us non-US lenders or US-friends with insomnia  Grin to save the loan to Parviz.

7 hours and 3 minutes left now to raise the remaining $500: http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=114380&_tpos=7&_tpg=1

I have added my $25 right now, but have to leave soon for work and will be offline most part of the day. So if someone else could take over the baton and keep an eye on this loan would ge great. Thanks!  Smiley

*Edit: I cannot believe this! The moment I wrote this post additional $225 have fallen out of someone's basket. OMG, so it is even $725 left to go!!!  Shocked
