I posted the following in another section a few days ago:
1. In terms of not being able to log into my account:
This login problem only occurs on my work PC; no problem with my home MAC.
Kiva said clearing the browser cache should resolve this problem. For me, this usually works after multiple tries and then rebooting. (
UPDATE: This no longer works.)
2. In terms of not being directed to PayPal to pay with a credit card:
The problem is reversed. I can access PayPal to pay with a credit card with my work PC, but not with my home MAC. However, with my MAC, I can access the add credit screen.
UPDATE: Currently, I can't log in at all now on my work PC. Kiva instructed me to contact them again if the problem persists and I shall do such now. If I find out any information that will help us all with these computer problems I will post it here.
