So I figured out that if you keep on increasing the BusID number in the URL line of a specific Kiva listing, you eventually get to loans that are not yet open for bidding. Sort of a preview, I guess.

Anyways, look at this one: http://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=businesses&action=about&id=7452
I hadn't seen any Bolivian MFI's yet, and also the partner IMPRO (listed at http://www.kiva.org/about/aboutPartner&id=48) is not yet part of the partner list at the main page. It says that they have already "clocked" $800 in loans, which are probably "test loans" or pilot loans that Kiva as part of their MFI acceptance procedure.

So chances are good that Bolivia will soon come on line.... I can't wait! If there was only a way to get notified immediately when the loans goes live....

Maybe you could write to Kiva.org and get them to do an RSS feed. For people who want to be country-specific, that'd be an excellent tool!
