Sherri - good for you girl - you go get em...

for me - I love my Curves workouts...

we have a Smart Curves program here - which means I put my handy dandy swipe card in each machine and the flashing lights tell me to go faster and harder and further...

Best part is I don't have to worry about hurting the feelings of the trainer...

And I am really really good at swearing at computers with all the practice I get here Smiley
