I'm simple. After loading up early in my portfolio on 12-24 month loans, I'm now focused on balancing that out with shorter term loans. I'm also patiently waiting for a loan to appear in the following countries: Bulgaria, Moldova, and Mongolia.

In general, I focus on business loans. And to be honest, I'm not fretting too much over loans about to expire.
