I am the General Manager of a Hispanic Advertising Association, not an agency.  Every year we hold several contests using non-profit organizations as our pro-bono clients.  We have several creatives from over 50 Hispanic agencies in the United States compete for different prizes.  One of our biggest contests is the Young Creatives Contest where teams create award winning print and TV ads for a specific non-profit and the winning teams get to represent the US Hispanic market at the Cannes Lions Festival, the world's most recognized Advertising awards. 

This year we are interested on working with Kiva's cause as our subject for the creative's work.  We would work with Kiva to create a brief that communicates something that Kiva needs to advertise and in return, Kiva would be allowed to use the pieces as free promotional tools.
