I have created a new blog to track my Kiva.org thoughts and experiences now that I did some soul-searching on the whole Kiva thing over the past 6 months and I've decided it's going to get my full support at last. It's long overdue, but hey, if you are going to get involved, you have to make sure it's the right thing for you before you place the capital into the investment. Kiva may not earn me money per se, but it is rewarding in the accumulation of human capital and positive change. I'm glad to be back! Take a look and let me know if you have any thoughts or recommendations for the articles, etc. I'm willing to do all the research if the topics are something you want to know about. Some things I've been thinking about doing is profiling the MFI's and emailing people within them to get their stories and insights into the country (countries) they help impact. So the wheels are spinning... Thumbs Up

Thanks,
Jeff

Hearing direct from the MFI's always has a strong interest here on KF, and I think we would highly welcome any such effort.  When you think about it, we know less about the MFIs than we do about the entrepreneurs, so it would be very helpful and great for your blog and this forum if the MFIs shared their voice and made it known in some capacity.  Keep us informed.

I find not direction in the readings of those with whom my eccentricities are similar, but rather validation.

My only solace is that I find a peaceful place where I might be resigned to my depriving loneliness.
