Dear Diane, As for the time stamp, I have seen it occur in the past very sporadically and not for all my teams. It would then disappear and not be seen for awhile. Now that it is back for all teams, leads me to suspect that the previous occurrences were tests either that or there was a bug in my computer. I personally like the feature and hope it is here to stay. Bernice

Has it been there forever and I just noticed it today, or are there now timestamps above lender icons on the team loan activity pages indicating when each team member made their loan to someone?
--Diane.
I don't know about forever, but they have been there for a while - sometimes. I haven't worked out the rules yet for when they appear and when they don't, but I definitely saw them there occasionally over a month ago and possibly even for as long as I have been on a team. What I have always found annoying is that it doesn't seem to give the date, just the time, but the "latest activity" stays there for more than 24 hours so it can be quite confusing. (I did, at one point, think the times were only shown if it was the current date but even that doesn't seem to be the rule.) Ian

Here's a simple question. Is there any place on the Kiva website (excluding the export functions) where I can see which of my loans are assigned to which of my several teams.
I can easily find the number of loans I've made with each team but not which loans comprise that number.

Yes, Dan, go to your "My Portfolio" page and click on "Loans" - the loan list shows the team each loan has been attributed to (no need to export it); you can also sort it by Team. Alternatively, this link should do the trick: https://www.kiva.org/app.php?page=account&action=loans&kv_orderBy=team&kv_direction=DESC&kv_page=1Best wishes, Wolfgang.

So I've got a lending team, and in the excitement of setting it up, I put a hastily made (and instantly regretted) logo for my team. I've tried using the upload function to replace the current shot, but have had no luck. Is there any way to clear out the old logo? Or am I stuck with my lame logo?

Welcome to KivaFriends, Peter - glad you found your way here. Yes, there is a way (and you had the right idea): Log into Kiva and go to your team's page. Select "Edit Team Info", then enter the path to your new logo choice into the Upload Photo field (best done by "Browse...") - make sure it's a JPEG, JPG or GIF-file of less than 1 MB. Then click "Save Team". This should do the trick - it worked for me. Best wishes, Wolfgang.

Thanks, Wolfgang. I knew it must be simple, but our first pages were always blank as to team so I never really "saw" the team column. Dan

Thanks Wolfgang, based on your suggestion I gave it another shot. My issue seems to have been the file-size even though my logo was only 400k. I took a simple approach and changed the file type to a jpeg (dropping the size to 20k, wow!) and voila! It worked. Thanks for the help Wolfgang! Happy Lending, Peter

Good day,
I have a question about lending teams. Can any kind of team be listed on Kiva? Are there ethical guidelines that need to be followed?
The reason for my inquiry is that by chance, I spotted a lending team which contains many links that are of a hateful nature. I'm still in a bit of shock over what I saw! Very disturbing!
My sincere apologies; I'm not trying to stir up a hornet's nest, but in good conscience, I needed to ask if this type of team should be brought to Kiva's attention.
Thank you.
Patricia

There is a link at the bottom of each Lending Team page that says, "Have Lending Teams feedback? Click here." You can use that method to alert Kiva to a team that you feel should be reviewed. I know in the past some of us have stumbled upon blatantly inappropriate lender photos or team write-ups and have reported them, so I'd recommend if it was something that shocking, you file a report.
