Having just got back from out of town, I find in my inbox not just two emails for the same repayments but three--one Friday, one Saturday and one Sunday.

All duplicates.  Shocked

While duplicate emails announcing credits are problematic, relatively speaking they are just a nuisance which can be verified by checking in My Credits. Transactions posting in My Credits having no effect on the credit balance are just plain scary from an accounting point of view.

I still have not heard back on a problem posting I pointed out to Kiva where the transaction was not correctly added to the running balance.  Undecided   No

And now I just received another email from Kiva telling me of new credit available.  This now makes four (4) emails I have received for the same credit that was posted last Friday-- one each day since.  It's sounding like a broken record.

I am sending this one back to contactus.

Thinking I was fortunate because I didn't get any more duplicate emails yesterday...

Wrong...

another one came today...
same 5 loans for the same amounts.

I suppose I should be happy that at least the bug has picked up the correct credit amount.

I will forward this one to contactus with a Huh?

Maybe that's what we get for selecting repayment emails "no more than once a day."   Laugh

I wonder whether the monthly email selection aggregates all these "credits" into one correct one or doubles triples Quadruples? the amounts?

Thanks for reporting this. Looks like we're sending them out multiple times! I'll sync up with the engineers on this one.

Just to let you know that I have found a new feature on the Kiva page: Seems the number of messages one can send out within 24 hours has been limited to 25.  Smiley
