This is something I’ve been thinking about for a long time.  I’d bet I’m not the only one.   I don’t know what the answers are, but I thought I’d put the question out here to see if some of you might have any ideas—if you even want to talk about it.   I just now checked the membership of Team Obama, out of curiosity, and found, not really to my surprise, that there seemed to be a more diverse membership on that particular team than we have here at the Forum, at least among our active, posting members.

Those of you who know me better than others will know that when I hope for diversity, here (or anywhere), my hope is by no means limited to a diversity of skin tone.   But it’s certainly a place to start…. or, maybe more accurately, a place from which to continue in my/our quest for building this global community.

Thanks, in advance, for any ideas or other input any of you may have to offer.

I already think we are an extremely diverse group!  I don't mean this offensive to anyone , but if you spend some time in chat, you'll learn more about an individual then you will with the 'limited' amount someones willing to share here on open forum post.  I'm glad I'm part of our KF Chat.  Everyone is welcome, maybe a newbie hour or room for those who might think chat is a closed off group.  Trust me, we are not!!!!  Maybe more comfortable with each other, but enjoy new members all the time and hope they enjoy the chat rooms.
