I am thankful for my three sons and 6 grandsons, a loving partner of 30+ years, a community where I have freedom to express myself and take action. I am thankful for my life of privilege and for the ability to share some of the blessings with others.

God, what am I NOT thankful for?  For second chances in life, that my rock-bottom wasn't so low after all, for my wonderful husband (who proves that there is someone for everyone, because I'm weird enough that I thought I'd NEVER find the right person!)... for the joy of my dog/bunnies/cats/rat every single day... for the amazing people that have just plopped into my life and in whose glow I can bask.

Thanks for starting an awesome thread!
