I saw that Matt has a new posting on Social Edge discussing the steps that Kiva is taking to deal with the current economic conditions.  I did not see any threads on this so I decided to start one.  Here is the link if anyone is interested.

To Jan and John,

You are welcome.  I continue to check Social Edge to see if the next part has been posted.  I have enjoyed reading his blog for the last couple of years.  It has given me insight into the thought process that he and his wife went through to get Kiva up and running. It has been interesting to get his viewpoint on what goes on behind the scene at Kiva and in the larger world of microfinance.  Hopefully, Matt will post the rest of his article soon.

Regards
