Over on the Kiva blog they have announced the date and time for the February conference call.  Here are the details.

Since our first few Kiva Community Conference Calls have been so well received by the Kiva community, we've decided to make them into a recurring monthly feature. So please save the date for the next Kiva Community Conference Call:Wednesday, February 18th at 2pm PST / 5PM EST.

You can use the following dial-in information to access the conference line:

Dial In (U.S.): 866-740-1260
Dial In (Outside U.S.): +1 303-248-0285
Access Code: 6415483

We'll make a rough agenda available on the blog a few days before the call so you can decide whether or not you'd like to attend, but we hope to hear you on the line!

"Our daughters can contribute just as much to society as our sons, and our common prosperity will be advanced by allowing all humanity - men and women - to reach their full potential. I do not believe that women must make the same choices as men in order to be equal, and I respect those women who choose to live their lives in traditional roles. But it should be their choice. That is why the United States will partner with any Muslim-majority country to support expanded literacy for girls, and to help young women pursue employment through micro-financing that helps people live their dreams." - President Barack Obama, June 4, 2009

Thanks for posting here, Kerry.

I can make the call and will plan to take notes once again.  (Peter, you up for consolidating notes again?)

Hmmmmmmmmm......
I guess it all depends on what the meaning of "a rough agenda" is.
And even more so, what the meaning of "a few days" is.

But for all who would like to take part:

Rough agenda:

-Introduction/Who is in the room
-5 min update from Kiva's Portfolio Director, Tim Hassett on Kiva's Field Partners
-Q&A

We'll try to keep this one to an hour.

Thanks!

This was a great conference call.  The agenda was brief, but it really served as a focal point to the conference call.  I hope that future calls have a similar format.  I believe Diane is coordinating some notes for posting, so I won't steal the thunder.  Or risk misquoting or mis-remembering.   Smiley

I'm looking forward to read the notes. I tried many times to call in yesterday, but all the time the system told me I had the wrong access code, or I got an engaged "bieb bieb bieb"

Very strange, I seemed to be the only one having that problem.
