So...does that mean in future versions we'll actually be able to search for listings by
Activity?

The new version will populate a drop-down list based on the activities found when the program is started (which means it will now actually go and look for all fundraising loans as part of the starting of the program, so may make it a bit slow to open if there are lots of loans available). It will also refresh the list whenever you tell it to "Go".
Nope. Would take more than a few minutes to do, so I'd rewrite the whole app before I started thinking about that one.

EDIT: An activity of "*not specified*" doesn't mean that the program will search for loans which have no activity specified. It means you aren't specifying an activity to match against, so all loans will be eligible (and will therefore only be limited by keywords [if specified] or repayment term [if specified]).
