Botswana!!  I believe diamonds account for a larger % of GDP than any other country.

Botswana would be nice... It's a growing democracy that is one of the fastest growing countries in the region! That would be cool in that we'd be building up an already burgeoning country for the benefit of it's regional neighborhood. I'm patiently awaiting the verdict on this one Mr. Ben!

I believe that the phrase attached to diamonds is: "Diamonds ARE forever."  Ben's clue is: "....IS forever."

If he has done the clue correctly, then it won't be associated with diamonds.

In part because I'm an English troglodyte, I want to clarify that the phrase is, in fact, "Diamonds are forever" (I was thinking of, "A diamond is forever").

However, that still leaves some options on the table, and, without consensus on the board, we move to clue #2:
