Hey All,

So the sales/outreach cycle on Kiva tends to be long but it often means that we bring on a number of partners at the same time.  And, with that, I give clue #1 for our newest partner:

Well, let's see....  two of the current crop of justices were born in the same place. 

So I'll guess their homeland ....   New Jersey.

Kivafriends.org scrambled and respelled is "Risk And Forgive."  Of course, it also can be respelled "Asked For Virgin" and "Darer of Vikings" and even "Vinegar For Kids" but those are a lot less interesting.

If it was not for the over regulation,  I would think Camden, Atlantic City and Jersey City and such would be great places for micro loans.

I'm going to take a long shot and say,  Georgia.

Clarence Thomas is from Georgia the state.  It's all I could come up with from the clue.
