Kennesaw State University has a project that will give teachers and their students $25 a class and educational material for their use.  Check out kiva-kids.org It is easy to sign up and the materials are for quick and easy usage.  Since Kiva is world wide we are hoping to get everything translated into several languages, other than English.

I am launching a non-profit to provide high school teachers with free world history and economics curricula.  At its core, the program is micro-lending.  Student initiated loans are the platform for learning. The curricula will be free, easy to implement and will help teacher to meet state academic standards.

I am looking for teachers in either Marin county or Alameda county, California to consult on curriculum development.  Or, better yet a partnership is a possibility.  I do have a budget to pay for 5-8 hours of consulting services.

If you live in Marin or Alameda counties and interested, please, please get in-touch.

Much appreciated.
