I'm reading "Banker to the Poor," and it's wonderful!

Yunus, founder of the Grameen bank and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, is a terrific writer! He starts at the beginning, with his own life in Bangladesh, and tells how he inadvertently got started in banking for the poor. It all began when he discovered that 2 cents a day would turn a woman's life around! We go with him every step.

It's basically a memoir, but we learn a LOT about how one model of microfinancing works, and a lot about how the poor people there live.

READ THIS ONE!
