Kiva.org definitely needs a Site Map. There are topics I read about, or want to read about, and just can't find them again. Other Kiva Friends have discovered this as well -- as it's not easy to find the Kiva Friends link.

It took me a while to find the link to redeem a gift certificate, which is on the page where I purchased the gift certificate. An icon showed the gift certificate in my account, so a link on that Account page's menu or under the certificate's icon would be intuitive.

Kivapedia includes a Kiva.org site map.  This should help out a little bit, at least until Kiva gets around to adding their own site map.
