Richard Loayza Alatta, age 22, lives in his mother’s house. She supports him in everything, and she sometimes works on the farms. They live in the Los Pollitos neighborhood in Cachiche-Ica. He is a mototaxi (three wheeled motorized vehicle) driver. Four years ago he rented a mototaxi, and he worked with it daily from 6:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Now he has been able to finance his own mototaxi. This generates greater income, which he can use to help his mother.
He is asking for a loan because his house fell with the earthquake. The state is currently giving vouchers for the damages, but they need to make a deposit in a financial institution as a down payment. He wants to make his mother’s dream of having a house from sturdy material come true. He is a very responsible person who enjoys good references from his neighbors.
