Found the problem. Caused by the routine I included in the macros to handle converting text to numbers so that things would work for people with non-US/English/Australian number formats. (It's processing "-$7.50" by treating it as "-7" and adding "50/100", whereas it should be subtracting the "50/100" in this case.)
Will try to fix soon. And other fixes. But work is keeping me busy.

Thanks YowieFreak - at least I know it's in the program formula and not in the way I inserted the data. not that this will be a common error I'm sure but I also received this one while transactions were processing: Row 3 Unknown Bus ID Row 3 on my transactions is: Repayment correction for LUZ MAGALI GORDILLO SARANGO (#131255). Repayment originally occured Nov 15, 2009. But the loan is included in my info calculated

Each sheet from each of the 3 kiva accounts is titled: "User 80007 loans"
Download history below - all files are same, but i was logged into different accounts.
PETER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok..... so i switched from using the "Google Chrome" over to IE and tried it - I got different files for each account...... so odd

odd error......
photo below
line 288 of "My Transactions" is:
Luz Magali Gordillo Sarango $0.02 Jun 28, 2010 5:52pm Loan Repayment Repayment correction for LUZ MAGALI GORDILLO SARANGO (#131255). Repayment originally occured Nov 15, 2009. $344.91
my guess is it's got the "#" sign in the description instead of "id=131255"

a) Downloading same data - yeah, that happens to me too. I only have one account but if I download twice within a couple of days I just get the same file again. A server/computer somewhere (possibly even our own) is caching the data and trying to save time by saying it already has the info about that web-page and therefore doesn't need to chew up bandwidth by getting it again.
I usually just change the url slightly (e.g. add a "&cache_confuser=xxx" to the end of the url, where "xxx" is some random number) to force the computers to think that it is a different url.
b) (#131255) - stupid manual transactions that aren't in the standard format - grrrrr!

Changes made to the format of Kiva's transaction export file in the last couple of days have made the Summary Spreadsheet completely unusable. Don't even try.

Plans, yes. Timeframe, no. Probably a while before I will get a chance.
