Just FYI:

The clickable thumbnails above link to "big" sized FlickR-pictures. The "originals" are uncomfortably big IMHO but in case you want to look at certain details, substitute the "b" at the end of the picture-URL (before .jpg) with "o".

I agree - stunningly beautiful photos and wonderful smiles...

Just pointing out that on this one:



the borrower Ronabee Nomat is holding a print-out of her loan page... without lobbying too much, I think that's a powerful symbol for the two-way-connection between lenders and borrowers.

Ronabee Nomat's photo definitely spoke to me as well, also all the baskets in Lorenda Millamena #2!

Of all the images from the different countries, this was by far the nicest selection making it ever so much more difficult, I wanted to chose them all!

EDIT:  #2 Nuñela Mabini's smile definitely warmed my heart.  Can we vote for three?  Pretty please?  ;-)
