www.PledgeBank.com is an initiative to bring people together to do something, but only if other people pledge to do the same thing. It basically takes away that sense of isolation feeling if you're trying to achieve something.

How about creating a pledge to 'donate $25 to Kiva.org if 10 other people do the same'. It gains exposure for Kiva and potentially gets 10 other people, or whatever number of people you designate, to subscribe to Kiva's services. Have a look at the site. It seems to be succesful in gaining exposure for other actions. It is a global website meaning that it is divided up into pledges from many different countries.

BTW, 2 other people have already put up pledges concerning Kiva on this website. I just thought I would mention it here as a search through this forum, didn't bring up anything. No harm in bringing it to people's attention though, as there are 40 countries that are covered on PledgeBank. There's a very good chance that your country hasn't been Kiva'd yet!

Some people see life the way it is and ask, why? Others see life the way it could be and ask, why not! Guess which one I am.
