I would like to lend to Laos, Thailand, Timor Leste, Fiji, PNG, Micronesia etc....

Any plans for these countries  Huh?

Hello Burr Dean and  Welcome to KivaFriends!

So far there I have not heard a rumor about any of the countries you mention.  You may wish to follow the Upcoming Field Partners thread in the future, which is often the first word here on new partners.

But the fastest way to get an answer may be to participate in the Kiva conference call tomorrow if you can:

I think if you are going to do loans to the USA, then you must do them to other developed countries, or it looks like (is) favoritism.
