Stumbled onto awesome photo albums by Andrew Gray. He lives in Japan, and organizes regular volunteer excursions to a Cambodian village and orphanage. Thought I would share the links since Cambodia is in the top two of Kiva recipient countries, must be some enthusiasts here!

He is trying to raise awareness of their needs though his blog. I suppose these people are mostly too poor for microloans, though, so their safety net is donations.

Anyway I was moved by his documentary-quality pictures of beautiful people!

Hi Phil and welcome.

Cambodia is one of my favourite Kiva loan countries and these photos bring home the very reason why.  Thank you so much for sharing those links, Andrew Gray is an amazing photographer.  I will be surfing on that blog for a while.

I like to lend to the AMK loans because I feel they serve the poorest of the Cambodian people...

such as this loan that has only 7 days left to fund...
I think it might just have been funded by now if Andrew Gray had taken the photo  Cheesy
