I don't know if any of you have downloaded Firefox 3.6b1 today but one decent feature is the to inclusion of personas into the system.  This allows you to quickly and easily skin your browser by just clicking a button on a site.  It allows live previews by hovering your cursor over the sample image and is available for older versions of Firefox using the add-on.

I created a skin for Kiva which may improve exposure for the cause and give some pleasure to the fans!

I guess my questions are is this good enough and would this be something that Kiva would approve?  I haven't put it on the site because all imagery has to be okay'd to use so I'll contact Kiva if you think it's okay.

My art skills are nearly zero (took me 10 minutes to figure out gradients in GIMP!) so this might be a good chance for other fine patrons of Kiva friends to make a better attempt!

I'm interested to know more about this, but I don't use the beta versions.  What exactly does it do?

It's like a simple themes system.  It modifies the background of the toolbars and status bar with custom images.  It's not as extensible as a full theme however it offers extremely quick changes and the live preview so you can see exactly how the browser will look in just a couple of seconds instead of download, restart etc.

By the way, the beta is extremely stable for me and I've got AB+, stylish, firebug and Personas (to create the personas) running fine and there is a notable increase in browser and JavaScript speed.
