This is really interesting! I just found out by coincidence that you can make free Kiva loans to specific entrepreneurs by collecting 10,000 "Butterfly Credits" on Care2 (scroll down to the end of the page given by the link below).

You can earn them e.g. by signing petitions.

Hi Mona, thanks for mentioning this!  I had been signing their petitions for a long time, but didn't know about the Butterfly Credits.  Now I know that I have 1,200 of them!  Guess I'd better go sign some more petitions!
