Aslan Memmedov is an entrepreneur near Agsu, Azerbaijan who produces honey in his yard. He used his Kiva-funded loan to prepare for the honey producing season. In this video, he has opened one of his bee boxes to explain how the honey is produced. He discusses how the quality of honey is better once the entire frame is filled, though it is possible to scrape honey from it now.
