Hi!
I am very new at all this posting stuff- looks fun but confusing  Smiley at times.
I have a question about being a Kiva speaker. I see that they have registered and non registered - what is the difference? How does one become registered? What does that mean?  Huh?

Thanks
Lisa

PS went to see Jessica Jackley speak recently - she was AWESOME! Thumbs Up

Hi, Lisa.  Welcome to Kiva Friends. Welcome
I'll have to climb one of our hills and give you a wave.

The speaker program appears to be waiting for the volunteer interns in San Francisco to be filled.  Kiva seems to have some ideas (subject to change) but they probably want some flexibility to work with those interns.  I would suggest contacting contactus@kiva.org and let them know of your questions and interest.

Thanks for the welcomes and the advice. I will send off an email today.  Cool
I already speak within my faith congregations but think I might be ready to branch out. Scary as that feels at times. Shocked

Cheers
