Team loan management tool?

Apologies if I'm just thick, but is there a tool for managing team loans?

The team that I captain (bookcrossing) makes one or two team loans per month. For the purposes of risk management (if no other) it would be useful if we had a tool into which we as a team could keep track of our team loans so we could see easily where we have have invested, where we haven't, the % of male and female loans etc etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
