When he uses his email to reset his password he gets a message to say his email doesn't exist although that is the email you send all his messages about Kiva to and when he tries to login it just says there is a problem with his password. All of his people are paid out now and he would like to re lend the money out and has no way to do it. He has tried to contact you himself but still gets an error to say his email doesn't exist. He just shuts down his computer upset when it happens. Could you please fix this so he can do something. He is 82 years old and is very frustrated with your system. Could you send an email to the email on record with this account and how to reset his password so he can do something with this account. Thanks in advance for your help.
