Ahkun.org connects entrepreneurs who have taken out a microloan with the global market. There are a variety of goods available, made by Kiva borrowers in Cambodia. Items include handmade paper and silk holiday cards, silk wallets, wrap dresses, and scarves.
Ahkun revenue shares with the entrepreneurs, and a portion of the proceeds goes to Kiva and to Angkor Microfinance, Kampuchea, the Kiva field partner in Cambodia for their Beyond Microfinance programs, which provides business skills and training, as well as loan default protection.
