Exactly what are ALL of the conditions that cause this flag to be set in the listings we see? Is it only when the FP fails to remit timely payment to Kiva in response to a (net) bill that Kiva sends? No "suspended settlement" conditions or anything else? During suspended settlement conditions and such, the delinquency rate reported to lenders still rises, does it not? At least that is my recollection of what happened in with CEPRODEL, but I don't remember now how those delinquencies were attributed.

Also, with net billing some repayments are credited to lenders even if the FP has not paid any difference due, correct? How is it determined which loans are credited and which are not?

I looked at the ASDIR loan for which you provided a link above, and it's been paid as of now (Feb10).  I take it they paid late?  (I'm interested because I just made an ASDIR loan in the last few days of Jan.)

Never mind my question just posted -- I found an answer in the Credit Watch thread!  They paid some on the 5th and some on the 10th Feb.

Correct, it was paid today but it seems that the window of opportunity to edit my post has passed.

End of the month and delinquency is about as low as it's going to get, so I'll update by saying that except for loans from Hluvuku-Adsema, all of my delinquencies now list the entrepreneur being behind in repayment as opposed to the Field Partner.

2 MFI's that are "Field Partner Behind in Repayment" in my delinquencies are:

Alide from Benin
ASHI from Philippines

Anything out of the ordinary with these?

Charmaine

Add to that list:

WAGES from Togo (only some of them)
BRAC South Sudan

The latter had some later payments last month or so, I think."
