Why are there increasingly fewer available loans to women?

Loans to women tend to be, on the average, more popular than loans to men, and since they get funded faster, when the total number of loans available is small, there can be few or no loans to women.

A large number of new loans will be posted on the first of March (and on the first of every month). So we don't have long to wait until there are many more loans to choose from!
