Just thought I'd send a few thoughts to Monika Masui and Marita Vaiaoga: today is Day 43 after their loans were fully funded and so far as we know, their loans have not yet been disbursed.

At what point would it be appropriate for us to politely ask what's going on, d'ya think?

Well, I counted 14 pages of July 14 disbursements to Samoan businesses!  Shocked

I'm guessing quite a few folks are breathing better today!  Cheesy
