New Kiva Lending Team: Accountants for Social Good

Hello. We are a new lending team, Accountants for Social Good. http://www.kiva.org/team/accountants_for_social_good
Just wanted to introduce ourselves.
So far we only have 1 team member, but are hoping to expand, however we have made 58 loans totaling $1,825.
Our goal is to unite accountants, CPAs, other financial professionals and the businesses that serve them to make a greater difference for those in need.

First, welcome to Kiva Friends. 

Perhaps you are preaching to the choir here.  There are lots of us already committed to Kiva, but just not ready to join another team. 

Maybe you could try putting some publicity out to local and regional accounting societies--those who generally are not familiar with Kiva.  Maybe a PR piece for your alma mater newsletter. 

Another idea would be if you have good contact with one of the vendors for accountants, they might be willing to spread the word--even include a little publicity in their booth at conventions etc.

P.S. You might want to modify your avatar "picture" on your lender page.  Kiva recently changed the shape specs and arbitrarily cut them down to squares.
