Celebrating the completion of a Kiva loan

I am a bit disappointed to read that this subject, which developed from the discussion of how the "Transactions" page could be best improved, has morphed to a "Tune Up to the Portoflio > Loans section".

All I really wanted was some notation (asterisk, etc) on each transactions which resulted in a loan being 100% repaid--the very thing the credits email notates for that transaction and apparently the same trigger that moves a loan from "paying back" to "paid back".

These other ideas are nice, but move away from fixing the "Transactions" data.
