WBD in South Africa currently is listed as Delinquency Rate: 28.69% Loans at Risk Rate: 69.81%. Sadly none of my lent money there is paid back.

XAC Bank made some payments today. This loan was a very long term one--26 months from June of this year, and totally repaid in October. There is not a reason listed for this, but this was one of several from this Field Partner. http://www.kiva.org/lend/304665Colette

There is not a reason listed for this, but this was one of several from this Field Partner. http://www.kiva.org/lend/304665Colette I'm never quite sure what to think when that happens. If the borrower is a little further along in the loan term than that one, I assume their business did better than expected and maybe that particular MFI offers incentives for punctual / early repayment. However, I've had a few which have paid back very early and that just leaves me perplexed (did they suddenly win the lottery?) One of my 18 month loans in Jordan paid back the entire sum she owed with her first repayment (with that one, I assume she simply changed her mind!) 10/20 Apoyo Integral Grameen America (BEFORE the end of the month - a first!) BTW, does anybody know why Grameen America haven't had any more loans on the site since April? They came on Kiva, funded 10 loans, and then seemed to disappear completely. MCDT SACCO Opportunity Fund

XAC Bank repayment was sent my way. I think there is ongoing net repayments going on, so I will again make my next loan for XAC Bank. this is in hopes that more will net out prior to the end of the month. Delinquencies are low now.

I just had a look at my repayments, nearly 20% of the amount due for October is still outstanding... Has anyone received repayments from Pearl -Uganda Cidre - Bolivia or WDB -South Africa?

AMK from Cambodia sent in a payment. It is ending its relationship with Kiva, so this would be an electronic transfer of funds as payment is due.

Howard
Howard, thanks for sharing that info. I received an email today from Kiva about this: "I checked with my colleague who works with WDB and it looks like they made a payment to Kiva earlier today. As a result you should see WDB's delinquency rate decline very soon. Thanks for your concern and for your support of Kiva. Best wishes, Laura Piper Customer Service Coordinator" I emailed them not because I have a loan to WDB but because Crazy Country Collector team members had concerns about their delinquencies as well as because I was hoping they would reduce their delinquency rate (above 60%) so that they would start posting again soon and I'd be able to add South Africa to my collection. The delinquency rate is now 38.19% and will hopefully continue to decline.

As far as I know, the only large regular-paying FP which has not yet paid up for this month is Pearl, of Uganda. That also would be very welcome.
