Contacting someone you lent money to?

Has anyone reached out to any of the people you have lent to?

I tend to help out artists and others that create crafts and would like to also support them if they were to sell on ebay, or other means.
Think it would be a neat way to communicate.
I can see semi-privacy till the loan is paid to prevent harassment, but  it may be interesting to stay "in touch" with them.

I think I may have found one of my former ones I have lent to online, but just an postal address...

Ahkun.org sells products from Kiva.org borowers.  Currently, the website is down, but they sell kramas (Cambodian scarves with many uses), stationery, clothing and more.  Hmmm, I wonder if Ahkun would post pictures of products...
